Benjamin Young House

Loved our stay, and will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Astoria! The host is very knowledgeable of the area and was helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions. She was quick to help with anything we needed, and made us feel at home during our stay. Very comfortable beds in the room, and fantastic breakfasts! A fridge and microwave were available for our use next to our room, along with complimentary beverages and a full tea and coffee station. They have displays on the history of the house in the lounge, and all the furniture and decor are either original to the home, or antiques of the period. Loved it!!

It’s all about the Benji! My wife and I stayed for a few nights here and had a great time. The hosts are incredibly nice and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The stuffed French Toast was better than I’ve had at any restaurant and the eggs Benedict was amazing! They even worked around a gluten allergy without issue. They gave us lots of information about the town and where to go for hiking, biking, food & drinks. Our room at the Inn was very comfortable and spacious. We slept great, the shower was always hot, and the views from nearly every window in the house are beautiful. Highly recommend.

What a gem. Came here for a weekend getaway over Thanksgiving. Our lovely host Emma made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There is plenty to learn and see in this house. We stayed in the Rose Room with beautiful views of the bay especially at sunset. Coffee every morning at 8 and a scrumptious breakfast at 9. Sit down by the warm fireplace or head out for a stroll on the river walk. Not far from neat beach and historical experiences. Thank you for being such a welcome host!

Emma was a fantastic host, from booking us last minute on our adventure to giving us a history of the house and being a great resource about the town itself. Our room was cozy for the 2 nights we spent on our coastal vacay. The breakfasts were elegant and delicious and we enjoyed them over the sound of sea lions across the way.. We will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Benjamin Young Inn. Carly was so warm and welcoming and the house has the cutest charm and is very well kept. I can't say enough about this place! Definitely skip the typical hotel and make your stay worth it. Thanks Carly, we loved our visit!
