The Hudson South Beach

**Avoid at all costs** While this building is managed by several landlords/managers, the risk is too high that your vacation will be ruined. The experience (shared by other reviews here) with Gleb was terrible. We were moved from a temporary apartment to a worse one (lying it was the ‘biggest’ studio). The apartments were both underwhelming and we couldn’t sleep because of traffic and terrible sound isolation. When we complained, he started shouting. This is a scam for easy money.

Buuut, when we stayed there was no working lift (it's on the 3rd floor) and the aircon in the bedroom was *very* noisy!|Apart from those two issues it was a lovely appt in a safe, art deco building with it's own small pool and is very close to Ocean Drive, several well priced parking garages and in the heart of the art deco district.|If you are fit, have light luggage and are a sound sleeper then this place is perfect, but if you have heavy luggage or any kind of issue using the stairs, or are a light sleeper, then best you check the status of the elevator and the aircon in the bedroom.

Our room was very clean, has everything we needed but there are a few things I wish they change, the bed because is way to low and feels way too soft and change the pillows they are way too skinny that makes it feel bad and hurts your back.

I stayed there with a friend that had stayed there before and loved it. I wasn't impressed. The condo was nice but bare bones. It's not restocked before the new guest arrives with things like a sharp knife, a can/bottle opener, salt & pepper shakers, a welcome letter to let the guests know how to operate the TV's and certain rules/courtesies. The pool did not look clean or the walkway around it. A few inexpensive touches would bring this place to at least a 4-Star place.

Location location location. You can't go wrong booking here. Convenient store at corner, restaurants all over, definitely hit the tex mex across the street so good. Studio was perfect for a quick getaway...and if you don't want to cross the street they have a private pool..fabulous
