Love the location area, all the staff member Are caring, they would come and talk to you when I'm feeling down and brought my spirits back up.

Good hotel and great location. Room was small but very well appointed. The decor is really nice and the place has been recently renovated. There is a lot of noise from doors closing along the corridor and due to its central location, this is relentless throughout the night but also more apparent from 7 when breakfast begins. Communication from the front desk staff is awful - very little engagement or even a smile which really lets the place down. We didn’t even get a “how was your stay” when checking out. The shower looks great but lacks power. Bed is super comfortable and there is AC in each room but the unit can be noisy. The breakfast is a bonus and wrapped up in their additional tax that you pay on arrival, along with the security deposit which is communicated at point of booking but i

Good value hotel at a good location. Closest subway stop a couple blocks away and times square almost at a walking distance. Hotel was under renovation which did not bother us in any way. We got to use a gym for free one block away which was very good. Hallways and rooms in the hotel felt a little bit outdated, but did not bother us too much. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. During the night you will hear a lot of noises coming from the street, luckily we were prepared and had earplugs with us. Highly recommend having earplugs during your stay. Breakfast was very basic and could be improved.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and the hotel itself is nice for a 2 star, though the rooms were not completely spotless. (Mysteriously, we found a strawberry on the ground nearby the mini fridge and there were hairs on the toilet seat cover.) We got a 2 queen bed room and the carpet itself felt clean as did all of our bedding and towels. We did not notice any bed bugs and from our height we could not hear any traffic from our room. I was actually surprised by how big the room was considering the size of the rooms in the other hotels I had looked into. The location itself is great! It's a 10 minute walk to Madison Square Garden and a 5 minute walk to Broadway. The subway isn't terribly close (5-10 minute walk), but it's still a convenient spot for sight seeing. The free continent

This hotel is going through a renovation as of Oct 2018. The renovated rooms are nice, but a bit small. A few items have been overlooked in the renovations (like a place for your soap in the shower), but it's not a big deal. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast provided is minimal, but still good. The prices for rooms here are remarkable. Overall a good choice
