The Hotel at Cape Ann Marina

I stayed for a personal getaway weekend and look forward to staying with the hotel at the Cape Ann Marina again. They're finishing up an extensive and impressive renovation. I got the luxury or staying in one of the newly finished rooms. Great size rooms, nice balcony view, large spacious bathroom with walk in shower. The staff are very polite and professional. I didn't realize the pool would be indoors and open during my January visit, so I didn't pack my bathing suit. I'll remember that for my next visit for sure. There's ample parking and location is easy to get to. Close to downtown for any type of trip.

We chose this location based on the location at their marina. The hotel is family-owned and old, but very clean! Some renovations have been made. Our room was large, clean and offered a great view of the boats. The hotel missed the mark, however, when remodeling the bathrooms. They created a "window" from the shower that faces the bed so that when a person is in the bathroom, the light illuminates the entire sleeping area. The shower door only swings out which creates water on the floor and no way to position a floor mat. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast on the day the restaurant was closed and dining in the restaurant was very good. The hotel also provides many tv selections which is great after a long day of sight-seeing!

We recently stayed for 2 nights. It was a lovely hotel, great nautical decor, delicious restaurant on site. Really enjoyed the indoor hot tub and pool area. Beautiful views from the balcony outside our room. The staff was so nice to us. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Just stayed the night for our wedding anniversary and it was great. Room and view were amazing, bed was very comfortable and the staff was great. Mile Marker 1 restaurant has great seafood! Only small complaint for the stay was the service at the restaurant. They were short staffed so it was very slow to get our orders in. We will be back.
