The apartment is great and it was very clean. The noise is there (only Friday and Saturday), but you can live with it (we were on the on the last floor - perhaps things would be worse if we were on the first floor). I must point that the management is very friendly and helpful.

If your staying with a family or your over 30 and go to bed at a normal hour absolutely DO NOT stay in these rooms. I’m sitting on the couch at 2:27am because it’s a party in every other apartment room around us on a Thursday night.

This hotel is highly not recommended. I do not typically write reviews but I do want to share an experience here. The provided apartment is spacious, tidy and clean. However, the location is a dealbreaker. If you stay during the weekends, there are speakers, out on the streets, directed at the apartment building about 50 ft. away from a nearby nightclub. The overly loud music plays from 7:00pm until 3:30am while I was there. Although there is a noise ordinance, the city does not enforce it. I had noise canceling headphones on but can still hear the noise and feel the vibration. There is no discount or perk that can equal to a night's rest. The suite we stayed in was huge! What a great value! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and dining room table as well as space for parents and children to spread out. I loved the high ceilings and the location. There is so much to do and see within walking distance. The only downsides are it’s in the city so it is loud at night; but that’s normal for any city. There are some homeless people walking around, but again, that’s normal for any downtown area in the city. We brought our dog and it was challenging to find a spot for him to go near the hotel. But inside our room he was happy and calm. We took him with us everywhere so we mostly just tried to have him go other places. I would definitely stay here again.
