The Glengate Hotel and Suites

I would give the room more stars.But I found that I got the honeymoon suite.There was a light by the front door with a little counter there that I was using to do my makeup and the light stopped working the second day.I was there and wouldn't work again.Which was kind of annoying, but I may do and used my mirror but hopefully you guys can fix that for somebody also I found that the jacuzzi didn't work in suite 320 i'm hoping you guys can fix that.So it works like the most.I could get it to stay on was for ten minutes.And even if I could get it on there's times I couldn't even get it to start.So I got so annoyed with it.I'm hoping to book another room in july.Which would be the same type of room either a honeymoon, suite or the king's suite with spa?But I want the jacuzzi to work.I'm hoping

I’m at 19 year old female who was coming in alone, and while checking into my room at the glengates hotel, I had booked a reservation for one night on booking.com and it was 67$ and it was for 2 people. “Ananehu”(this was the name I was told by them when I asked for his name) was the man checking me in and I had asked if there was another night we could stay and I asked including the 67$ I already paid how much would it be and he had said 171$. Afterwards, I was finishing checking in. He had taken my debit card and told me he would put the charge on my card and then he handed me my room keys told me the number of my room and had told me that there was TWO keys inside of the envelope. Me and my partner booked the place for 2 days. It was affordable and looked good. A great winter storm hit us and we had to be inside most of the time. Everything was outstanding and fantastic. Every employee was extremely kind and helpful. All of them have a great customer service. Rooms were clean and comfy. We had to stay an extra day due to the storm, and we had no problems at all. Great experience, specially for couples and families.

Love this place! We try to book this hotel every time we’re in Niagara. Staff is so nice & friendly! The place is budget friendly so if you are a 4+ star hotel person this place isn’t for you. If you enjoy best bang for your buck then this is the place to go to. Place is clean and the owners do their best to maintain the property to an acceptable standard which many in this range do not. The breakfast is decent offering muffins, toast bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, juice, and an amazing coffee machine that offers cappuccino & lattes!Glengate is awesome and we’re looking forward to our next visit! 👍

We were assign in the 3rd floor. I like the room that is spacious and 2 standard beds. But when we open the bathroom and switch on the light the exhaust fan is too loud and thereis no separate switch for the fan. everytime someone goes to use the wash room you will hear the loud noise of the fan. We reported the next morning we asked if they could fix it while we are out during the day. we came home and found the WD40 in the bathroom sink instead but wasn't fixed. So I don't know who's supposed to fix the problem. I hope the next guests will not have the same problem if not no one should sleep in that room.
