The Forget-Me-Not

I stayed at the Forget-Me-Not in Bedford, VA, for the second time in late September 2025. Kathy and John Graham were totally dedicated to ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their communication in advance of and during my reservation was exceptional, while they were also completely respectful of my privacy while I was staying there. The private entry to my room is a real plus, as is the location of the Forget Me Not for all things in the greater Bedford area. Kathy and John Graham know the area well and are a great resource. The B and B room is comfortable and your private bathroom is impeccably clean and well-stocked!

So glad we found this place online. We spent one night in this lovely Victorian house. The history of the house and the area are displayed in the guest bedroom and common areas. Kathy and John were perfect hosts’, always available to answer questions about the area. The room has a private entrance where you enter from the porch. The bed was very comfortable. And a delicious breakfast was provided. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Kathy and John were gracious hosts who served the most delicious breakfasts! Our room was cute and cozy as was the neighborhood which was located just 10 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway.||We especially appreciated Kathy's restaurant recommendations and her spot-on suggestions to visit both the D-Day Memorial and Bedford Boys Tribute Center.||The house could use a little bit of work as it's age is evident.

Lovely hosts who are very kind, caring, friendly and filled with knowledge of the town. I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast before but after this weekend I will again, for sure. The information they offered added to my overall experience in Bedford,Virginia. And the breakfast part - delicious!!

We certainly will not forget you, Forget-Me-Not Bed and Breakfast! From the moment I contacted Kathy, she was responsive and friendly. Booking was a cinch. My mother and I stayed with John and Kathy for three nights on one of our girls' trips. ||The room is gorgeously decorated with antiques and a charming floral motif. The house is a Victorian-style home in an idyllic neighborhood in delightful Bedford, VA. The room and bathroom were both very clean and there is a private entrance.||Breakfasts were wonderful. Our three breakfasts included: an herbed frittata, strawberry croissant French toast and Amish oatmeal. All three were amazing and usually featured a side of bacon or sausage and fruit.
