Days Inn by Wyndham Bedford

Rachel and Bruce are fantastic, nice, and just overall good people! They made check out beyond simple and quick! Keep up the work Rachel and Bruce! The rooms are spotless so kudos out the lovely housekeepers! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially with how friendly the workers are and how working the workers are. DEFINITELY THE CLEANEST HOTEL IVE BEEN TO IN THIS AREA! If I could rate higher I would. Stayed here 3 separate times and never had an issue!

Start with the good, then the bad. First off, rooms are clean and smell decent. Shined my black light around the room. No cootie juice or sausage secretion stains showed up. Towels smell like bleach residue, so no social diseases to catch. The bad? Difficult to get to when heading west out of Bedford. Parking lot is not well lit so I had to navigate a minefield. Scraped the underside of my car and later got my tire stuck in a dumbass pit under an pull-in area for my car. No warning sign about the trap. Not sure how much damage my car sustained as I checked in around 0300 in the freezing weather. The night clerk was good enough to let me into the lobby since the temp was around 0°C and windy. Upping service from 4⭐ to 5⭐. All in all price came out to $65.10 with taxes and fees using a Wyndh

The atmosphere was not an issue. The problem was with items stolen from my suitcase. I notified the manager and she was apologetic, but that's where it ends. There was no compensation of any kind because "there was no proof". There is no way to prove anything other than to say my clothing was stolen from my suitcase. ||I purchased some things to wear while on vacation. The only clothes I had for cold weather, and the clothes still had tags on them!||Don't trust the people at this location to not go through your bags and take what they want. Don't leave your bags unattended at this location.

If I could leave less stars I would. The owner is an awful human. He's got my 2 year old sitting outside in the rain right now because he won't let his father get a room there. I've been buying him rooms there for the past month, have probably spent nearly 500$ in rooms. For you to leave my baby out in the rain because he was "walking around the hotel". He had a room there. Why isn't he allowed to walk around?
