The Fontana Hotel

The giant Roman statues in the lobby were my first indication that this Marriott property was a bit unusual. Located at the end of three-hotel conference center complex situated in a divested area of east Indianapolis, the Delta hotel is an interesting complex of its own, with Italian-themed decor and a breathtaking ballroom featuring a small replica of the Trevi Fountain. Gleaming marble walls line the halls of what was once a motel from the look of the outside of the building, which is divided into sections requiring you to cross through peaceful little green spaces. Our room, which was ADA compliant, was very clean and quiet. The door, which appeared to be a leftover from the old motel, had a lock that wasn’t easy to close, and gaps that let light from the hallway in. As Marriott conti

All staff was excellent and helpful. I particularly like to mention Aaliya and Cheyenne at the Desk as very friendly and helpful. Give them a raise!!!

We enjoyed our spacious room. It was a comfortable nights sleep. Large TV and well appointed room. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We did not try the breakfast buffet, although $11.99 sounds like a reasonable price. Plenty of parking and I enjoyed to European look of the hotel. The room was quiet, with the only noise coming from kids running in the hallway. My pet peeve with most hotels these days is hotels are "smoke free", but you can smell pot everywhere. You are either smoke free or you are not. Not just a criticism of this hotel, but the whole industry. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was a sketchy hotel. Not Marriott quality. It was noisy in the hallway. People yelling. Security came. In the morning breakfast area ran out of coffee & food. Two employees working. It appeared they were not aware the hotel was full. Skip this hotel. 2 Stars

Room was comfortable and quiet. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast was very nice, serving several proteins. Deadbolt on door was hard to work, and I heard others say the same. Front desk staff were friendly. There was no hotel map/exit guide on the back of my door.
