The hotel’s decor is undeniably striking and very on-brand, though at times it felt slightly overdone. The salmon-pink room palette, while bold, wasn’t particularly conducive to a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic. I loved the signature scent throughout the hotel and the fresh flowers placed everywhere, those details really stood out. The bar had great energy and was definitely a vibe. While the drinks themselves were just okay, the portraits and overall aesthetic were stunning and memorable. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch. The snacks were fun, well-curated, and appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room amenities were solid. Breakfast at Café Carmellini was a highlight. The food was excellent, and the service from Carlos was outstanding. He was warm, atte

Deeply Disappointed by the Fifth Avenue Hotel – Not Worth the PriceI recently stayed in the Mansion Suite at the Fifth Avenue Hotel to celebrate my mother’s birthday—a special occasion for which we spared no expense. At nearly $3,000 per night, we expected exceptional service and attention to detail. What we experienced instead was the most disappointing stay I’ve had at any five-star hotel globally.Unacceptable Restaurant Delay: Despite having a confirmed reservation at the hotel’s restaurant for my mother's birthday dinner, we were made to wait almost 40 minutes past our scheduled time. For a property of this caliber, such delays are simply unacceptable.Billing Error: We were erroneously charged $110 for in-room dining that we never ordered. We did not consume a single drop of wine durin

We had an amazing experience at The Fifth Avenue Hotel. The staff were super polite and welcoming from the moment we arrived; especially the doorman, who was genuinely kind and helpful every time we came and went. The Portrait Bar staff also deserve a special shoutout: attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel elevated without being stuffy. The rooms were absolutely beautiful spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with every detail feeling high-end. On top of that, the location is perfect and incredibly easy to get to, which made getting around the city effortless. We’ll definitely be back.

At first glance walking into this beautiful hotel, you are transported into a haven of glamour; an eden of opulence and tranquility. Everything from the unique art pieces to the fragrant aroma, I knew our stay here was going to be the most memorable past of our visit to New York City. ||Check-in: Friendly and warm front office staff. Quick check-in service with anecdotal conversation. Escorted us to our room with a brief explanation of where everything was located. Answered all the questions we had about the hotel services, the hotel art style and the features of the room. Afterwards, the Butler welcomed us and was then available promptly throughout our entire stay.||The Room: Gorgeous room. Extremely well decorated and considerate. Quirky style with a hint of mother of pearl. The most com

This hotel is the definition of 5-star service. Every person from top to bottom is warm, friendly and helpful. We visited for a cold weekend in January to celebrate my birthday. Ben, the concierge, was extremely helpful in assisting us fill in holes in our plans. We were hit by the big snowstorm and had to stay an extra night due to flight cancelations. The staff went the extra mile to take care of the guests, at the expense of their own convenience. If you are looking for a beautiful hotel experience but with the personal touch of visiting a friend, this is the place for you. There is no better hotel in New York.
