I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property was efficient, clean, and very well maintained. The white sheets and towels were spotless, and the room, although small, was updated, comfortable, and perfectly efficient.|The location couldn’t have been better. Being just one block from the subway and surrounded by many great restaurants near Wall Street was extremely convenient, especially after a long day of travel.|Your staff truly made a difference. So I have kind of a lot to say about my stay here. I looked this place through booking.com and liked it because the reviews were good. Unfortunately at the time we arrived at the hotel it was really early for the check in, of course we know check in is at 3 pm so I just wanted to check the reservation and also leave the bags so we could walk around the area. It was 9 am when we arrived at the hotel and I asked for the reservation to confirm it. It happen of course that there was no reservation on the system. What’s most weird is that the day before I received a confirmation from the hotel on booking, but the girl at the reception said that there was no reservation and that she had to create another one. Lovely modern hotel in an excellent location. Room was really modern but would have benefitted from a kettle and the ability to make a hot drink. Concierge staff were really friendly and most helpful. I would definitely stay here again, but the breakfast is really not substantial enough as it is basically bagels and pastries with some fruit and porridge packets. Free wine and cheese one night which was a nice touch. Don’t be put off by the breakfast, as the hotel is so well located with Bowling green subway station 3 minutes away which connects to Jamaica street which is where the air train arrives from JFK. Give it a whirl, you won’t regret it Killarney Rose Irish bar around the corner is well worth a shout for an ego-free cosy drink.

I’m giving this a 4-star rating overall because it was such a great value. While the service and location were a bit lacking (2 stars each), the room itself felt like a luxury upgrade compared to what I expected. The absolute highlight was the great view from the window. If you prioritize a nice room and a view over concierge service, this is a solid choice.
