The Falls Hotel and Inn

Positive: The pool and hot tub were nice but we had to walk outside to get there, we anticipated our stay to be in the main building but that was not the case. Negative: Very outdated room with lots of peeling paint, huge commotion outside all night, no transparency when booking about location of room, pretty disappointed

This is by far the worst place to stay in the falls. The location may be good but the headaches you receive while staying there is simply not worth it. The hotel staff are rude amd very unhelpful. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. Toilets didnt flush after much fighting with staff asking g for it to be fixed. Then we were told if you have to use Washroom go to the room next door? Really?? Totally unacceptable. The heat did not work so they handed us a heater and considered it fixed. Our pillows were terrible and we're unusable. The continental breakfast was also disgusting. Service was horrible. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to he asked if I would lik. When I got up and asked for a coffee the ignorant staff couldn't even apologize for not serving me but only stated I was at

We stayed here for two nights and generally had no major complaints. The location is fantastic for visiting Clifton hill and local restaurants. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and service was always quick. The hotel restaurant and room were a little lacking. The hotel restaurant needs updating badly with many seats duct-tapped together. Food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant and staff were kind. The room was clean enough- could've used a refresh. It was a little dusty here and there. We found the bed too firm and pillows lumpy, the bathroom faucets needed a good tightening. There was a ding in the wall and mark above the bed.That said, the bath was great- super hot water, lots of towels. Quiet at night, fantastic AC. The room just needed a good refresh and a few small repair

ZERO STARS — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I stayed here only for the location. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, but this was by far the worst experience. I stayed almost three days with a toddler and was completely denied room service and housekeeping, despite repeatedly requesting it. Front desk flat-out refused and said it’s “non-peak season”, so they will not clean rooms at all. No cleaning. No bed made. No garbage taken. Nothing. I have never experienced this in any hotel in Canada. This is not hospitality — it’s negligence. The staff showed zero care and made no effort to help. I truly wish I could give zero stars. Stay away from this hotel unless you enjoy paying to clean your own room. Management seriously needs to step up.
