Yes location is perfect, it's close to everything we wanted. The room itself was not very comfortable, the heat didn't work well and it was freezing, you can't call down to front desk cause there was no phone in the room which blows my mind cause you have to have a phone, the beds were so uncomfortable and we were both in pain the next day. It said on the website that there is a microwave and fridge in the room. We had no microwave and when we asked about it, the staff was rude and did not do anything about it. And also it was so loud, people were running outside past our room all night and were not respectful of what time it was. We will not be back, obviously cheaper is not always better sometimes.

So for the price and location we weren’t expecting much.  The fridge didn’t work , ac was plugged into an extension cord …. Okay.  The shower not being able to be used because it was missing the plunger to activate the shower head? Breaking point

This motel is in a prime location at the top of Clifton Hill and close to all the attractions (5 mins walk). We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a two queen room that overlooks the outside patio area. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the past and we will keep coming back. Don't be afraid of negative reviews.....if you're not high maintenance you will be just fine staying here.

The location is great just a few minutes walk from the falls and other attractions. Parking is no free $20 I paid. The smell in the room wasn't bad but they could use different cleaning products. The bathroom was ok. No very noisy. The Wi-Fi was not good I tried streaming a game on my laptop but was buffering and I had to give.

This place is great. Everything nearby. The family are very kind rooms are clean 🥰
