The Executive Suites and Events

What a lovely space! We attended a wedding here and everything from the rooms to the lobby was top notch. The decor is so tasteful, creative and welcoming. You can tell so much thought and love went into the space. The view was great and the balcony access was a luxurious touch. Business or pleasure, this spot would be perfect for anyone looking for a chic location to stay or host an event. Highly recommend! Oh! And the chocolate croissant paired with a latte from the coffee shop downstairs is chefs kiss!

I only have amazing things to say about this space. We just had our micro-wedding at The Executive and it was exactly the tone I was hoping for. The quality of the event space is top notch and the suites are gorgeous, spacious, a true treat to put our guests in. The entire layout works perfectly for a small wedding, we were able to stay at the venue, get ready comfortably, set up with ease, and there were multiple areas that photographed nicely. Plus it was so convenient having Element by Bodega right downstairs so guests could have delicious pastries and coffee in the morning. We got married in February and utilized the open area/foyer for our ceremony but there is ample opportunity to use the wrap-around deck (which some guests chose to explore even though it was a bit chilly!). Very conveniently located, I stayed there this month for a wedding. Matt was available anytime to help, and made the entire process easy. The interior is gorgeous, you can tell a lot of time and effort was spent making it a special place to stay. We were in the Board of Director’s Suite, with plenty of space and stunning views! Also, the coffee shop downstairs is top-notch, with friendly baristas and excellent service.

My experience at Executive Suites & Events in Ephrata, PA was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of detail, cleanliness, and comfort. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt more like a high-end boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything in Ephrata and the surrounding Lancaster County area. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The WiFi was lightning-fast, parking was easy, and the view from my room was amazing! The hosts were professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.
