Home2 Suites by Hilton Ephrata

Home2Suites was such a pleasant surprise! We just needed a hotel for an overnight but would happily have stayed longer. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our room was incredibly spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we'd need for a longer stay and it was also very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. Breakfast was okay. Having the coffee and tea available 24/7 was nice, and the coffee was good. My husband took a quick dip in the pool before we checked out and reported that the pool area was pretty and clean.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is always very clean, rooms are well equipped with everything you need and the customer service is absolutely the best. When traveling, we always look for a Home 2 Suites because we know what to expect. I would give this particular location 10 stars if I could. Management and staff at this location really know how to run a first class operation, especially Paige and Kylie who always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

We stayed here for a competition in a nearby town. The pool was a hit for the four kids. It’s small, but to them it’s still amazing. We didn’t stay for breakfast because on the weekends it doesn’t start until 7. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the design of the rooms was thoughtful. It was convenient having a room that could fit 6 people, most in the area have a max of 4, which really helped. We only stayed for about 12 hours total but it was honestly really nice. Priced well, I paid around $155 for a Sat into Sun in the middle of winter. We’d do it again! This experience made me consider staying at another Home2Suite in the future.

We had a great stay here. Paige at the front desk was lovely. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Shout out to the entire team who work at Home2Suites!! You all do a great job. Thank you!
