The Estate at Mount Dora

This property is a gem! Just a 10 minute walk to the downtown shops and several good restaurants just a couple if minutes away. The room was super clean and comfortable. And having a little kitchenette was very convenient. I'd rate this hotel a 10 if I could!! We'll definitely be back.

The Retreat is a perfect little cottage for a small family or for two couples to share. Although not glamorous, it is remarkably clean and well appointed, with kitchenware, salt and pepper, and even some spices supplied. We also enjoyed watching Mrs. Doubtfire on a HUGE TV screen in the living room (and there were good-size TVs in both bedrooms). The owners have been very responsive to our little requests. There are good restaurants nearby, and the town is a short drive away. We had a wonderful time!

From booking to check out it was super easy. Self check in was a breeze.Our accommodations were wonderful. Everything was super clean and fresh. Plenty of paper products which is always nice. The gazebo was our favorite place to hang out and relax with family.

What an amazing experience and vacation! It truly enhanced the beauty of our special 37th anniversary! The room was immaculate and well appointed, with an extremely comfortable bed and soft linen, and even the coffee was extremely delicious! On a scale of 1 to 10, everything was plus plus plus across the board! can’t wait to come back! Kudos to the owners and staff!

Rooms were nice and clean, outside area was dirty and run down. Not accurate with pictures online. Landscape crew blew dust and debris all over our car. Light outside our room was hanging by its cord, not secured on the building. Our patio was dirty and run down looking. Cushions on chairs were dirty, definitely not a place to sit and relax. I definitely wouldn't stay here again especially after what they charged for the room
