Hampton Inn Mount Dora

Clean, convenient hotel with friendly service! We stayed here two nights to attend a wedding nearby. Mobile check in was easy and the digital key worked great. Everyone working there was so friendly. Our room was close to the conference rooms/elevator/front desk but we didn’t have any noise issues. For the price/level of hotel it definitely exceeded my expectations, especially for service and cleanliness!

I booked a last-minute reservation on a Sunday night. the hotel isn’t a great location I found the room fairly clean but a little bit old and tired, but the room was clean, but the lamp shades in room 202 were dirty and when I put the light on, that’s the first thing I saw the shades and the lamps need to be replaced. Other than that, the room was quiet. The breakfast was solid with a nice offering I would definitely give this hotel a try again. The woman down at the breakfast was very nice and friendly.

First time staying at this location, and it did not disappoint. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, and fresh warm cookies. What's not to love? The room was clean, and stocked. Lots of parking, and it's all well-lit. It's close to everything in Mt. Dora. Great hotel.

Positive: Very clean hotel. Attentive staff: great front desk clerks, and a diligent attendant manning the breakfast buffet bar and lobby. Negative: There is some parking lot/driveway damage due to sinkholes where the drainage grates are located, primary at the back perimiter of the property; therefore it it blocked off from vehicle access. And, there is a sinkhole/pothole damage at front street drain

The breakfast was top notch. The hotline had egg omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as piping hot oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, almonds, and brown sugar as mix ins. They also offered cereals, breads, and yogurt alongside a waffle iron with syrup and sugar free syrup. Mara is in charge of restocking the food was attentive, and I even spotted her testing the temperature of the eggs.
