I live here now and believe me it's filthy half the rooms have no decent floors plumbing is always backed up wires hanging out of the walls. No heat in winter. Sinks over flow toilets are broken. There is mold on walls staff covers it with paint, back wall leaks half the rooms have no bathroom ceiling. There are bed bugs in some rooms, cockroaches bad. No screens on windows and the ac are no good. No pool it's broken and leaks and they cut all the nice trees around it out. Now it just a bunch of stumps you look at. Maintenance harasses you. Landlord takes your money but put nothing back in for repairs.. she won't fix tenants problems. She won't even answer phone to us. Like we're a nobody. Staff are mean . I live here right now take it from me it's terrible the way owner makes you live. A

This is not what it looks like. Pics show you what it looks like today. And pool is dirty and cracked. Owner takes your money but fixes nothing. Maintenance says you can't go in each other's room. They want to charge you 20 dollars

Great location but the rest you read about this place is well up to you to decide. The owner has went above and out her way to have all problems solved within fair timeline.

Believe every bad rating you read on every travel site when it comes to this rundown, crack house hotel. None of the 'amenities' they list are real. It is all nothing but 'brochure lies'. There is no pool...just a place where a pool used to be. There are no appliances other than the odd microwave oven. The list goes on and on of the things that are NOT here. The building is crumbling, cockroach and bedbug ridden, and infested with mice and rats. Looking for black mould, sewage back-up, ground in dirt and drug use out in the open? This is the place for you, then.

They Coned Me Outta The Room, They Coned Me Outta My Stuff, And They Still Run They're Mouth To This Day, Thinking They're Gods.
