The Draper New York, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Ever since you walk in you’re greeted by polite staff and a refreshing self service water station, in a beautiful lobby. Before checking in they asked us if it was our first time in NYC and recommended the Empire State room view, providing a complementary upgrade! Needless to say they view was beautiful, contrasted with other department buildings it was a classic New York view. As far as the room it was very comfortable with everything we needed. The space is designed so well that everything fits in perfectly. TV was working and had many options, perfect to just watch after a long day walking around manhattan. Shower and bathroom clean, spacious and with the perfect pressure and temperature. Would definitely stay at Draper again 🤍🗽

The lobby was a little bleak as was the room itself. However, the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. They upgraded us to a “corner room” when I asked for a quiet room. It wasn’t really a corner…just one wall of windows facing another building. It was a little larger than a standard room, though still no where really to put clothing. I don’t recall if there were drawers under the bed, but if you stay here check for under bed spaces for clothing. I really don’t what they were thinking with lack of storage…I guess probably let’s save money, screw customer needs. Profit profit profit. Anyways. I appreciated the water in the lobby, coffee maker in room, the bed was comfortable, the room was actually quiet and we could sleep, the blackout curtains, fan in the bathroom, and view

the Hilton Tapestry Collection in New York City is amazing! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Vaish at the front desk — she went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was smooth and enjoyable. Her kindness really set the tone for our little mini getaway. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city — and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC!

Positive: Location was great. Close enough to be able to walk to everything I needed to get to, including the subway. Negative: Rooms were super small and the bathrooms had very little storage space but it was midtown Manhattan so maybe that’s why?

The Draper Hotel, New York (Hilton) is a great place to stay and I was very happy with my experience. The room was very clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect – it’s convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to major sights, restaurants, and transportation. The beds were really good, very comfortable and supportive, so I slept well after long days out in the city. The employees were really polite and professional, always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. Their attitude created a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York who wants a clean, comfortable stay in a great location with excellent service.
