Clean, quiet, and communicative! We absolutely love the location and love the vibe! We will for sure stay at your properties again!

I did not end up staying here. I had a reservation and nobody was at the office to check me in. There were six other couples that were shut out as well. Very unprofessional establishment. Do not book here!!! I made the reservation through Priceline. They offered no help in resolving the issue.

Rooms are clean and easy to access. Location is great!

The rooms have everything what you need for short term vacation. (Fan, microwave, teapot, coffee machine etc) Quiet and cozy area with free parking. Super close public beach with amazing park and walking areas. About 10 minutes walking distance to street with restaurants and markets.

I don’t know why people have bad reviews of this place. Check in was super easy, the facilities were clean and it was fairly central to a lot of areas. And the beach is only a five minute walk. I like how they give you a code for your door instead of having to make sure you don’t lose your key. They email you all of your instructions for check in so it’s all cut and dry. The room I had was the perfect size and very clean. Couldn’t get early check in, but it Art Basel week so I completely understood. I didn’t get the name of the woman who checked me in, but she was awesome. She was a brunette with glasses. Very bubbly personality and was just plain awesome. I would stay here again next time I come back to Miami.
