The Dam Park

Very clean and welcoming place to stay on our drive thru the area. Stayed two nights and appreciated the availability of the laundry facility. Tina was very helpful shared info on the area. The office was not open everydy since we were there in slow time but we were always able to contact someone if we had a question. We used the fenced in dog area too. Nice spot but could use some shade. All around a very nice place

We truly enjoyed our stay at this RV resort on the Guadalupe River. The property was quiet, clean, and absolutely beautiful—a perfect place to relax and unwind. The river access was fantastic, and our kids had the best time fishing and playing pickleball. There was plenty to keep them active while we soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. Tina and Barry were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to feel genuinely appreciated as guests. We would absolutely recommend this RV resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway on the Guadalupe River. We can’t wait to come back! Eric and Ashley

Great RV park in a perfect location. The park is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with easy access to the river and nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the sites are level with good hookups. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Was out looking for local fishing spots, and the owners were friendly and very helpful! They do an excellent job maintaining the property, the pond they had to fish was great, and overall the cleanliness of the bathrooms and area were excellent! Will be back for the 1st annual chili cook off on the 25th!

My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Dam Park. It was conveniently located near Austin, offering easy access to tubing, dining, and everything else we needed. The park itself was clean, and the bathrooms and showers were excellent. The general store was charming and quaint, and the woman who worked there was very helpful and sweet.
