The Cottage Inn

We stayed here as an alternative to the glitz and glamour of the Casinos. Coming from the south, we stoped to reconnoiter Foxwoods before traveling 10 minutes to the quiet and cozy Inn. Checking in was a breeze helped by Lenny, just as the pre-arrival text promised. We were on the 2nd floor, up a set of back stairs that might be difficult for mobility challenged individuals. But we loved our cozy room overlooking the garden. Oversized shower with plenty of hot water. Lenny gave us a great recommendation for steak, David Burke’s. A lovely evening walk down to the lake was picture perfect before heading out to our evening of fun. Great place to stay!

We stayed one night for an event at Mohegan Sun. It was an easy drive to the casino or no issue finding a Lyft/Uber. We absolutely loved our stay, it was a vacation all on its own. They owners were so nice and beyond accommodating. They truly thought of everything! Our room was cozy with a beautiful view. Check out at 12pm allowed us to hang out for a bit and enjoy the view outside. We are looking forward to returning!

Booked the entire house (5 rooms). Very comfortable. Easy check in. A lot of communication from owners. The kitchen contained many complimentary breakfast foods, coffee and waters. Beautiful setting.

If I could this place more stars, I would. The cottage is charming, clean, and we couldn't have had a more friendlier and accomodating host. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio and having our coffee with another couple who was also staying at the Inn. Will definitely be staying here again when i'm back in the area. Thank you for everything Lenny!

Stayed here for a wedding, staff was very welcoming and gave us a tour upon arrival. Had a nice view of the vineyard and pond. Less than 10 minute drive to Foxwoods casino/ mall and about 30-40 minutes to the coast. They had bagels and a few other little snacks with coffee and cold water bottles available all day along with access to the fridge/ freezer, microwave and oven.
