Hilton Garden Inn Preston Casino Area

We had a lovely stay at this location. The rooms were comfy and very clean. What impressed us most was the genuine care and kindness of the staff - both front desk & restaurant! Everyone truly seemed to care that we had a relaxing and comfortable visit! This is our definite go to for a place to stay when we are visiting in the area!!

Swimming pool was lukewarm but jacuzzi outside was nice and hot. It snowed while we were out there so that was nice. There's a bar you can see right as you check in. They serve breakfast then they open again 5pm to 10pm for dinner which was nice too. We used the pool noon time on a Thursday this lady left with 4 small children, 5 towels wrapped around each of them plus 11 towels scattered around the chairs (total of 12 chairs and theese 5 people used them all), pool floor even on the floor outside. So we picked up their trash and towels so the next guest (us) could also enjoy the pool which she didn't own but acted like it (it's people like this karen eho ruins everything for the rest of us). I traveled with my family on this particular trip but would recommend this hotel for couples, business or even a solo trip! From check-in to check-out we were greeted by the nicest staff members! The hotel had great amenities, a wonderfully stocked market, and an amazing menu at their restaurant. The gym and pool perfect size and very clean. Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed on Friday the 13th 2025. The room with the jetted tub was a good room. Maybe spots in the bathroom could use a little paint. As some other reviews have noted, I would also like to see the return of the shuttle bus to Foxwoods. The parking garage at Foxwoods does get crowded on weekends. Thanks
