I stayed at Compass for a little Work-cation. My stay was flawless. The owner has thought of every detail from a white noise machine in each room, to snacks just in case and much more. I slept like a baby! The linens are amazing and the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with a very large bathtub and lots of hot water. I felt spoiled. There was a small desk in the room I stayed in, perfect to get stuff done but didn't detract from the vibe of the room. I also took advantage of the many seating areas where I could work or enjoy a glass of wine (like the wine library!) The Inn is walking distance to the main area of McMinnville where you can walk to tasting rooms, shopping, coffee and restaurants. It was easy to self-check in or use the self serve amenities. A great place to stay in McMinnville! Easy walk to 3rd St. Convenient for the shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. |We stayed in the Studio, which provided great privacy and a peaceful environment. The fire pit and horse shoes pitch were a great touch.|Great attention to detail in regards to accommodations and amenities. The wine choices in the Commons Area were wonderful. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the compass two nights in the West Suite. It was just lovely! The mattress was really comfortable, and the furnishings were really stylish. It's just a few minutes walk to McMinnville's lively main street. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at The Compass McMinnville with a friend and we had the most wonderful experience. This boutique inn is tucked right into Oregon wine country and feels like the perfect blend of cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Our rooms were beautiful, the shared spaces were inviting. They go above and beyond with all the little touches—snacks, wine, and that feeling that someone truly thought of everything. We left already talking about when we could come back.

The Compass is an incredible place to stay!! From the moment you walk through the door, there’s a sense of calm. They have a nice family room to sit and relax in that is next-door to a sizable area to sit and enjoy a meal, have a cup of coffee or even do some work. They have a wine library that is very inviting; you have an opportunity to select a variety of amazing wines and then enjoy it right there., or take them to your room. It’s all very cozy and very nicely decorated. In our room was a small refrigerator with complimentary beverages. They also had snacks and energy bars. The linens and the sheets were so soft and comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed! Christie was on site quite a bit and was so friendly and helpful if you needed anything at all, she was a text away from helpi
