Best Western McMinnville Inn

I had to stay a number of days longer than originally anticipated. Andrea Reyes and all the staff; front desk (Nicole), breakfast attendant, housekeeping, all were first class efficient and very friendly. Generally, all I need is a hot shower and a clean comfortable bed and this BW checked all boxes. Amenities like a razor that I needed when the stay extended were provided. The hotel is about a mile from the main part of the city so convenient and quiet.

I booked a room with a queen bed, got a very weird claustrophobic room with a door that opens right to the elevator, it's about half the size of the other rooms with nowhere to put my luggage. The entire room except for the bathroom is in the included picture. This room is the same width as all the others, but is about 10 feet shorter since they just subtracted the space for the elevator from this room (see pic from hallway). This room really should be sold at a steep discount or turned into a storage space since it doesn't even fit a queen bed and is literally a bit over half the square footage of the other rooms. This facility is exceptionally clean, from the laundry facility to the ice machine and vending area. The staff are very polite and provided excellent customer service. The full breakfast was exceptional. Thankyou very much Andrea and team for the high level of care, I hope best western knows what a great job your doing.

We had a reservation and tried to check in in before a wedding at 1:00 p.m. They did not have a room ready and we told them that we would not be there until late that night/early the next morning. They said that would not be a problem. When we arrived to check in, they had no room for us even though we had had a reservation for months.
