The Boutique Retreat

Truly one of the nicest well appropriated ‘tiny’ home place to stay at. Built in 2023, it is clean, spotless, lovely designs (all are unique) place to stay. Our unit was so cute, laid out well, kitchenette with retro fridge, porch, lots of light, comfy bed etc. Courtyard has fire pit, fountains, plantings and plenty of seating. Walkable to downtown town for restaurants and tasting rooms and close to main roads to other wineries. Definitely would stay there again.

We’ve stayed in many of cottages here. They are all nicely equipped and comfortable. They are located within easy walking distance to coffee and food establishments and not too far from the downtown area. We try to book some of the cottages without the high wall windows because of the street lights. Otherwise, we find it’s a great place to stay.

This place is AMAZING. We had our coed bachelor/bachelorette here and we loved every minute. This place really thought of everything you could ever want/need. We will absolutely be back! We only ran into one staff member, Melissa, whose was incredibly sweet when we were checking out. There are so many great places within walking distance. It is a must stay people! This little gem is beyond fabulous. Well appointed rooms, close and very walkable to downtown McMinnville. It is charming in every way. Unique in its design and grey for a family get together. We all had our own space, but were able to enjoy the community space together. Unstated elegance, and way fun!

We are from Michigan and this is our second visit to McMinnville. It is also our second visit to the Boutique Retreat and we absolutely LOVE this property! The tiny homes are amazing and the private courtyard with fire pit is a great place to relax after a day of visiting wineries. The property is super clean and the homes are spotless. Also, you can walk to the main Street in 5 minutes for great food and shopping. We will definitely be back! Bob and Cari Thomas
