3rd Street Flats

My friends stayed here. The rooms are amazing. Worth every penny. It hade a huge retro vibe living room for entertaining, a bar (you supply all the mixers and alcohol and the two rooms were great! The kitchenette was small, but you're on 3rd Street and your most likely not going to use it much. It's nice and will do.

Gorgeous and comfortable, our Christmastime stay was so nice. The hosts are really welcoming and there is plenty to see and do in downtown that is just outside your door. It’s so beautifully decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen.

The 3rd Street Flats was the perfect spot. Our space was huge, with a comfortable living room space, two spaces actually, with high ceilings, a dining table and well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The welcome reception, the access to bar and restaurant and coffee/tea in reception area were nice additions. The location couldn't be better. We were steps away from so many wonderful restaurants and shops. A beautiful space inside and out made for the perfect fall weekend.

We stayed in Flat 1. Location was fine. It smelled really bad in the hallway and the room smelled musty. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open. The bed was on rollers on a hardwood floor so it moved across the floor every time you touched it. The wine glass had lip gloss on it. |I had thought I booked the full service flat, but when I got there that was not the case. I showed my disappointment and clearly stated that I didn't want to be in those flats. They didn't offer any sort of solution. Maybe moving us to the hotel or moving us to a full service flat. I checked online later and there were availabilities. Very disappointing. I will choose different accommodations next time.

Lobby to the hotel next door that we could use was lovely as was the free coffee drinks! great location and lovely spacious apartment - the kitchen and dining area was huge and nice. Furnishings were a little worn, and the floors were very squeaky so i felt like i was waking everyone up if i had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. wish curtains covered the windows and wish the living room couch was a pullout.
