The Cliffs at Princeville

Our 1-bedroom unit was very spacious, with 2 full baths and full kitchen. There were also 2 lanais, but since we were on the ground floor we didn't sit there much because of the chickens and geese. Some buildings have ocean views - we could see it barely. The grounds and pool area were beautiful, with 2 hot tubs. We enjoyed the food truck options (most mornings and evenings).

The Cliffs is a terrific place to stay. The condo we were using had 1 BR, 2BA, a full kitchen and included high quality furnishings including a comfortable queen pull-out sleeper bed. It is located about 15 minutes from Hanalei. The town is amazing in that it’s like small town USA from the 50’s. There’s not a lot of development such as resorts, condos, shopping, etc. and the area is protected from overcrowding by a one lane bridge that is too narrow for large trucks and buses. The area is truly amazing; beautiful, friendly, and uncrowded.

Had a 2-night staycation at the Cliffs and it was amazing! We got an ocean view with a beautiful balcony with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Room is very clean, spacious , with full kitchen - everything you need to feel home away from home. We didn’t rent a car and transportation was limited in the area. There are Foodland and few restaurants, shops about 15-minute e-bike from the resort and you can conveniently rent the bikes and e-bikes from the bike rack in front of the lobby. I enjoyed riding to explore the area very much, so quiet and peaceful. Thank you the entire team at the Cliffs, especially Lily and Jim, for taking care of us so well! We loved it here and highly recommend this resort to our friends and family.

The room was really well kept! Great big comfortable bed, two patios, fully equip kitchen for our needs. Good WiFi. Laundry in suite. Really comfortable quarters. The pool was cute and easily accessible, as were some of the resort events. The concierge seemed very sweet, although didn’t use the services besides free Mai Tais. There was one man working the front desk around 2:30 Monday Oct. 16th he was SUPER sweet and friendly. However, after that around 4 pm onward through our stay, it was another lady (didn’t catch her name) who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Made us feel uncomfortable and that we couldn’t ask for help or questions we had. She was trying to push up our checkout time when we should have until 10 AM. And looked away when talking and then just immediately stopped tal
