Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai

Beautiful resort with large unique rooms. Grounds are kept immaculate. Beautiful landscapes. Not a ocean view from all rooms but its beautiful everywhere. There is a little dated stuff but its very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Worst possible place to stay while trying to enjoy your vacation. Checking in and finding out we have to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage because they have no elevators....was terrible. Studio room was not good, bed was very small for 2 adults. I exchanged the coffee pot because it had a dead bug inside of it and that was just the beginning. Walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors conversations as if they're in the room with you. There's no exercise facility and the front desk is not even available 24 hours a day.....they close and reopen at 7am. And then the day we checked out, we find out check out is at 10am.....not 11am or 12pm, but the early time of 10am. Just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Would rather spare no expense and get a nice resor

This hotel is a time share resort. Once you check in they send you to chat with concierge and he says he will give you free gift to set up meeting. Don’t do it!!! |Our room was a time warp to 2001. Furniture and carpet so outdated and then you wonder how clean this place is. This place is dirty, we used alcohol wipes and we only cleaned what we touch. We had small suite and they actually had in the room a hot plate to cook food… |Biggest issue!! No air conditioning, they gave us an extra fan. I thought I was at Motel 6!|They are nice people but not worth the price

We had a great stay. Some quick notes: wifi was good enough to sustain constant work meetings with videos. Theres no staff at front desk after 10pm. There's no food available on site. Self Laundry worked very well. The bus stop is close to property. 10-15 min walk. The only thing we wished was that we could rent bikes from this location but you can only rent from sister location Bali Hai.

Rooms are dated, No AC. Sliding doors and screens were rusted. I like the gazebo wrap around style but that also means neighbors get a full view at you so really have to be mindful of closed curtains for privacy. Overall it is in a great location in Princeville. Only a few minutes drive to Hanalei. The timeshare pitch was weird. Just give me my room no need to delay check in or bribe me back with “gifts”.
