The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton

Quite honestly one of the nicer hotels for such a fair price that I’ve booked in downtown Seattle. The valet was super helpful with providing good self parking. The front desk was insanely pleasant and helpful as well. The rooms? Wonderful. The AC wasn’t quite right and didn’t get quite cold enough but it was a quick one night stay so nothing to worry on my side. The accommodations are very nice. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I went up to Seattle to explore the city and go to a hockey game. I was really excited to find this hotel because I love the Hilton brand and it was very close to Pikes Place Market. I also liked that they had a bar so we could get drinks before heading to bed. The hotel didn't have much of a lobby and so we felt we were always in the way while waiting to check in. The room was very nice and I liked that the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom. The one thing we didn't like was the bed. I was very hard and by the third night we didn't get very much sleep because of the pain it caused our bodies. The bar was also a disappointment. Positive: The location was great and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Negative: Was room was nice but we were placed on the seventh floor facing the garage so the room was dark and we had to keep the blinds closed. Make sure if you stay there request for a room above the 8th floor.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay celebrating our Anniversary. The staff was amazing and the room was exceptional. The Fog had great views, solid breakfast, and a DJ was playing Saturday night. Huge bonus having a steam room and sauna. Perfect location that is in the heart of downtown.

Music blaring in room below or above mine all night. People scream at all hours outside. Can hear vehicles reving. At this moment gun shots. Yehhh. 5 min later sirens. The Chater placed a single female, who is combat vet next to stairwell. Explained I was a combat veteran, to female, that I had a friend coming on Thur, would like two beds. I get to the room, 1 king. Open curtains, my room is next to a car park. Even with curtains pulled all the way shut, can see lights coming in and out. To top all this off, was told 179. Per night, plus 100 per night for just in case situation and 25 for tv, spa and gym. Was charged 922.22. I woke next morning to 222.24 additional. Guy at front desk, said we only charged you the 922.24. Showed him my banking, was told I can come back at 9 am and t
