This was close to the airport and is opposite the traffic from downtown SFO so it was very convenient. We checked in with a live agent on the screen which was something new to me. The process was quick and easy and we got assigned our rooms and a code for the door emailed to us. There’s coffee, tea, hot water, sugar and creamer in the front desk building. There’s also table and chairs and a patio area if you want to chill, relax, get some work or reading done. There’s enough parking space and it’s located in a neighborhood where I personally felt safe. The room was spacious. I like the minimalist layout of the room. There’s a king sized bed, a clothes hanging area, large screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig machine and microwave. Bathroom is small but it has enough room for 2 people to move ar
Awesome motel. Really comes up on so, inconspicuous location. Room was very clean, comfy bed, clean and large bathroom. Parking was tight but ample. Check in was a bit trying - had to do a remote check in and the speaker was fuzzy so it was hard to understand. But we found it, parked easily, and slept well - can't ask for more. We arrived at midnight and it was very quiet. That was a huge plus. Easy to fall asleep and continue on the next morning.
Very basic motel. Our toilet kept running 24/7 despite bringing it to staff’s attention. NOT a big fan of kiosk check-in. No elevator also difficult for seniors. Smoke detector clearly not working, also noted for the “staff”. Otherwise it was fine for what it was.
Positive: Nothing very terrible experience Negative: There is as no staff in person someone was virtual on a screen. Room was dirty roach and ants everywhere bathroom was broken and sink. Lights were not working. Called the number on the door the phones disconnected horrible experience.
This is a motel, not a hotel. Price is cheap, because it is cheap. You get what you pay for on this place. I’ve now stayed here 3 separate times and honestly the only reason I did come back is the location and the price. I keep hoping it will be better, but it’s not going to. Room walls are paper thin so you can hear the neighboring rooms intimate conversations. Takes 15-20 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Homeless people using the lobby bathroom because most of the time there isn’t anyone at the front desk. Dirty towels and dirty floors to boot. Plain and simply it’s the cheapest option in the area by far and you will get exactly what you paid for. Again, location to San Mateo is great. Most other decent hotel options are closer to SFO airport and being close to the cent
