The Casselman Inn

Great food! I went closer to closing time. The buffet was a little lack luster. A lot of the dessert options were already gone. The food that was on the buffet was good. I did get one of the cinnamon rolls. They were incredibly good! Highly recommend for a down home good country cookin'!

This place has really good food. Amish home cooked meals that you won't find at many places. The Inn has a lot of really cool history too. They also have a bakery and sell delicious baked goods.

I stayed here for one night on my way East. I picked the motel instead of the Inn as I wanted a shower but the old Inn only has tubs. I had to check in at the Inn, but had to wait until the lady was done tending to diners in the restaurant. The wind from the hurricane was fierce so I was glad that I got to park right at the door to my room. There was only an overhead light and a table lamp. There was a nice lighting over the sink however. The shower was fine and the room was clean and tidy. I slept OK but he bed was very small. I had breakfast in the dining room of the Inn and it was great.

Rooms are clean and historic inn is nice, but getting a cash deposit back before 9am is a 20 minute hassle. They made us video call the owner to show her the room before we could get our deposit back because housekeeping wasn't there to do it till 9. Employees were very friendly and the food was good.

We didn't stay at the Inn we ate at the restaurant. Not sure why it says only the Inn. Lunch was great. I had cod and fries and my husband had halibut sandwich and fries. They gave us a warm loaf of fresh bread with Apple butter. Historic house with a small gift shop. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
