COMPLETE and Honest review here. Upon reading these reviews I had thought I had made a huge mistake and was stressing out like crazy thinking I’d be staying in some 100 year old, broken and beat down shack of a room. Just to be pleasantly surprised to an awesome renovated room with everything I could ask for. Extremely clean. Smelled good. Amazing view and location. I was in level 9 room 900 2 Cons: Sometimes weird smells at night Some of the room is not 100% carefully built, minor things that shouldn’t be a concern, like a messy paint job etc.

Room 602. Horrible. The pictures lie. Rusty. Moldy. Floor planks broken. Backsplash incomplete/broken. Appliances just grossly dirty. WiFi horrible. Wind howls through the windows. Must valet and car comes back filthy. Poor English spoken by staff- they yell at you in Spanish or some Eastern language. Mental patient screams at you in the elevator- this was manly sad but a little scary as well. Pool was green and cold. Cleanish bed that was too little for the frame. Great location for the beach. Hope other units are better.

The room was very dirty, very old, and cooking gas had only 2 worked from 4, and two handles were missing, most of the cooking utensils were sticky and dirty, the closet was very smelly, room floor was dirty. For this amount, would prefer a better clean room and better cooking amenities. And would recommend the owner to do some renovation and clean all well. But the location was great, so that is the good point.

While this hotel is in an undeniably prime location, the convenience does not justify the high price or the poor standards. The most immediate issue was the smelly lobby; a strong, musty odor greets you as soon as you walk in. Unfortunately, the rooms were no better—they were not clean and felt very unkept. To make matters worse, on top of the already high room rates, they charge $35+ tax for parking every single day. Paying that much for parking at a hotel that can't even maintain basic cleanliness in the rooms or a fresh-smelling lobby is ridiculous. You are essentially paying a premium for the location alone while staying in a sub-par environment. Not worth the money—I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Room 607 Photos and description did not match reality. What was advertised as clean and modern was actually dirty, worn down, and poorly maintained. We found stained linens, rusted fixtures, peeling paint, dirty baseboards, dusty light fixtures, cracked tiles, and visible water damage. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold/mildew and had no working exhaust fan—several of us have asthma, so this was a real health concern. There was also a loose outlet plate with a missing screw (safety issue). We reported dirty linens immediately and they were replaced—confirming they were not clean to begin with. The heat also did not work during unusually cold weather, and the instructions we were given did nothing to fix it. This was for a birthday and involved gift card money that was wasted on a place
