Wow! I'm so impressed with the professionalism and willingness to help from Jessica Bitel at the Cadillac Hotel. I booked through a third party originally—never again! I might add. I called the hotel to make dinner reservations for the night I thought we were booked for. Jessica informed me we didn't have a reservation. Mind you, it's for Valentine's Day, and my husband and I already have tickets purchased at the theater across the street. Jessica proceeded to advise me to call the third-party booking site to resolve this, and I did. I was able to cancel and book through the hotel directly with my Hilton Honors. My new favorite place to stay when visiting the blue water area. Staff is wonderful, restaurant is very good, the bartenders are super friendly and make excellent cocktails. The chicken bites are absolutely excellent!!! I also tried the chicken pot pie egg rolls , which was a special , and they were very , very tasty.

Giving it 4 stars because of the food. The hotel is beautiful, the room has a comfy bed and Beekman 1802 bath products. We went to the bar about 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. We were told we could still order food so we ordered a few appetizers. The bread plate consisted of 4 rolls that were rock hard, like they were quickly microwaved, and the beef tips also tasted microwaved. The asparagus was good, and the fries were hot and crispy. Breakfast was ok, and the choices are very limited. My husband ordered scrambled eggs and they came out looking like an omelet and were brown and overcooked. The service itself at the bar and breakfast was excellent. Very sweet, personable servers! Will definitely stay here again and have drinks, but will explore other restaurants in town.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff were excellent. They answered questions, and we're very good and professional yet cozy. Business brought me here during the winter and it's beautiful. But i'm told the summer is amazing. So I just might have to come back and visit.

Stood in the bar and at the dining room entrance 15 minutes 🤷🏼‍♀️ No one around. Stuck my head into the lounge area. I asked what to do. She replied just wait somebody will come around. After five more minutes, I walked out. They must not need any business. I went down the street and had an amazing lunch at the Village pub for a great price
