The Broome Hotel New York

The Broome Hôtel is in a perfect location in the heart of SoHo. However.. I don’t understand where the 4 stars are. There is NO extra service provided such as parking / rooms service / common spaces where to work from / pool / gym.. nothing. Receptionists are nice but every time I asked for information the answer was “I don’t know”. Overall the hotel is cute especially for the location but definitely not at the level of a 4 stars one.

Our first choice of hotel in NY for the 4th or 5th time. No 5 stars today.|Location is still topnotch; rooms are very comfortable (but quiet small). Excellent shower. Negative points in this stay: breakfast was not available and we received a voucher of 20$ at a nearby coffee shop. Although not bad, i missed the choice: i love to have a little bit of everything. Now i had to choose OR a large yoghurt OR some toast. And only 1 coffee included... I hope that will change in the future.|Other problem: they are getting a wine bar in the courtyard : while we loved the courtyard rooms because they are super quiet, I'm a bit worried if the bar will be crowded and open : on one evening the music was too noisy to sleep.

The staff here is truly exceptional, especially Isabelle at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me rebook my room after I made a mistake, and she handled everything with such kindness and efficiency. The interiors are beautifully designed as well. It was a great experience start to finish, I cant recommend this hotel more!

There was a bit of remodeling going on the for the week I was there so that was the only reason for the downgrade on facilities. With that said my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would very much recommend this hotel if you want to be downtown with a lot going on outside the door.

Shout out to Mike at the front desk he was amazing and super helpful with anything I needed. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Room: Spacious Water: Piping hot Bed: comfortable as hell Location: amazing Courtyard: cool as hell Complimentary breakfast: amazing Robes and slippers? Yes please Highly recommend, I’ll be coming back
