We had such a fantastic stay, and the customer service is what truly set this hotel apart. Aaron is on another level when it comes to hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued — not just like another reservation. He was attentive, professional, and proactive in making sure every detail of our stay was smooth. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, he went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere and effortless. My partner and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the brock. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the service was amazing throughout. Mathili helped us check in at the front desk, she gave us a free upgrade to a room on the highest floor with a king bed and view of the falls. She also organized wine and chocolate being sent to our room while we were out for dinner at the hotels restaurant Prime Steakhouse, where the food was 10/10 and service from Dillon was also amazing. The guest experience manager Adrian facilitated a smooth check out for us and we were able to get late check out as well. Overall great experience with the newly renovated clean room, robes and slippers provided, luxurious bathroom, a smart tv, and wonderful service!

I haven’t stayed here since it was The Crowne. The rooms are redone and were very clean. They offered an upgrade upon arrival, we declined as we wanted to be on the same floor as our family who was also staying here. We got the basic room with 1 queen bed and that was perfect for us as we were just staying the night and we weren’t gonna be hanging out in the room much. If you were with a larger party and planned on utilizing the room for lounging and stuff it is quite small as the other reviews mentioned. Staff at the front desk were very nice at both check in and check out. Ana and Maithli were both super nice. My only complaint is the shower was extremely tiny, I’m not a larger person but if I were I would find it hard to shower. The rooms were also very hot. There is centralized heating

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. I loved every part of it. I recently visited during the cold January weather. Winter transforms Niagara into a strikingly beautiful place. The hotel contributed greatly to my wonderful experience with its vintage-style hallways and lobbies, welcoming staff, and peaceful atmosphere. It’s an ideal place to enjoy quiet moments while being soothed by the noise and the breathtaking views of the falls. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager Adrian Pangilinan, who genuinely cared for guests and offered warm, friendly service. I will definitely choose this hotel again and seek out Adrian and his team.
