Wonderful Stay at the Broadmore Hotel Miami Beach We, Jure and Eva, had an excellent experience at the Broadmore Hotel Miami Beach. The location alone is unbeatable — right on the beach, with the ocean just steps away and plenty of great spots to explore nearby. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a smooth visit. What we appreciated most was the atmosphere: laid‑back, beachy, and authentic Miami. It’s the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy the ocean, unwind, and feel well taken care of without unnecessary fuss. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would happily return. The Broadmore is located in North Beach and has a cool mid-century modern lobby and it is located right near the beach. However, after that, it went downhill fast. Here’s my list… the elevator was absurdly slow. They stated it was historic. We booked a room with an ocean view balcony and were given a room without one. We then moved the following day to the balcony room. The balcony is totally open to the neighboring room balcony. So no privacy. Both rooms were terrible. The beds were basic and in the second room we felt like we were sleeping on a sagging taco mattress. There is no dresser. The closets were disgusting and I think moldy. The bathrooms looked like they had not been updated ever. The tub shower was disgusting and there was no place to put any toiletries. Our keys

Went to Miami for a girls trip and was offered Oceanview upgrade since it was my birthday. Upon arrival there was a lot of construction in the around the building and the ocean was completely blocked off from the hotel making us detour to get to the bldg. Once we checked in the elevator to the room is EXTREMELY slow, our room was not as pictured on the website. The view was of the parking lot NOT OF THE OCEAN. The bathroom VERY small (could not accommodate a larger body person), the beds only cam with sheets, no comforter, they only have one ice machine in the basement, no telephones in the rooms, rooms very small and crowded, TV has a black line running through the picture and only Spanish channels. The pool is not as pictured either. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER, we were told

I changed hotels at last minute due to other accommodation not been as thorough when contacting them . When I contacted Broadmore about booking they emailed back with all the info I needed . Upon arrival we was given a ocean view room , Miami is known for its renowned architecture so I new the style of the hotels in Miami Beach were centric and this was actually a nice touch , the staff were amazing so friendly especially AUGUSTINA , friendly faces and service really makes a difference I felt at ease . Before travelling I was really hesitant as some reviews were not that great , I personally think they’ve been unfair as the hotel offers great beach in front , shops friendly service and tidy clean rooms ! Excellent location, we had a great time. My only suggestion is that would be nice if the rooms were cleaned up while we were staying, we were there for a total of 6 days and we never had our rooms cleaned up. Other than that I think is a great value and hotel, we were able to enjoy the beach And easy to access to downtown Miami. See you next time!!! 💯 we would stay there again.
