The Blake at Scottsdale

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Blake Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was seamless and stress-free. The front desk staff was attentive, polite, and genuinely sweet, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. The room itself was incredibly spacious and spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a priority here. The linens and towels were fresh and crisp, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the room, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. First time in Scottsdale, We stayed at the Blake hotel. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We got in late and the check-in process was very quick and seamless. What really stood out was the location - it was perfect. We didn't get to use the pool because we had appointments set each day. Excellent service, and we will definitely be returning.

This is one of the most professional hotels I have been to in a while. The staff is great and the rooms were nice and clean with up to date furniture. I will always stay at this hotel when I'm in the greater Scottsdale area.

"I had an exceptional stay at The Blake At Scottsdale. It’s the perfect retreat and boutique feel hotel while still being close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. The property is beautiful and only a short 10-minute drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square the most fab mall in Arizona and the Talking Stick Resort Casino. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool area, which was very relaxing and well-maintained. We loved the pool/firepit area after hours. Great staff also. Great price and friendly faces every morning.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was incredibly slow and unhelpful. Simple requests took far longer than they should have, and staff seemed either overwhelmed or uninterested in resolving concerns. It made an already frustrating stay even worse. The location also felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The surrounding area was not what I expected, and I didn’t feel particularly comfortable coming and going, especially in the evenings. Cleanliness was another major issue. The floors in my room were visibly dirty, and the walkways around the property were poorly lit, which added to the uneasy feeling.
