The Blaine House Guest Suites & Cottage

We went to Franklin to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and got the last room at the Blaine House. We loved it! We were so well cared for! The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and Karin and Suzy extremely personable and helpful. I'd recommend this B&B any time, any day. Can't wait to go back!

We have been guests at Blaine House before, and always look forward to returning. Location is perfect for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, the house is, as always, well appointed Victorian style, which we enjoy very much. Karin is an amazing cook (!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts!! Karin went above and beyond to provide local information as well as assistance when we decided to attend an open - air concert - which was the only one so far this season that was rained out :-] Karin and Suze are quite companionable and we had some really enjoyable visits!! They, and their dog, Cooper, as well as their new family of felines, have become our friends. We were treated like family. We loved our visit and look forward to the next one!

The Blaine House was the perfect place to relax after our hike. Karin was so welcoming and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had coffee and breakfast ready when we needed it, and even made me a cup of afternoon coffee when I requested it! |The Mildred King Suite was wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and the perfect space to relax with the additional sitting areas. |Thank you Karin for a perfect stay at the Blaine House, and for dropping us off at dinner when the taxi service wasn't available! |Karin is such a gem! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Blaine House! The house was very quiet and cozy, perfect for a couple with two boys to get away. Karin was very welcoming and informative. She even let us barrow her chairs to take to the square up town to listen to the music. Her Sunday morning breakfast was amazing! We would highly recommend!!

Karin is very warm and personable and made sure we had everything we needed. She supplied us with a little wagon, enabling us to transport our luggage from the parking lot to the front door and right on up to our room. Also, she was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the area and offering suggestions on places to go for entertainment and dining. We extremely enjoyed our morning chats with Karin over breakfast (along with enjoying some of the best sausage biscuits that Paul remarked he had ever tasted). We left having made a new friend and with a desire to return this fall. The Blaine House is warm and cozy and Karin's warmth and hospitality made us feel as though we were visiting a favorite cousin or aunt.
