Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast

I stayed a weekend here and it just was so much more than expected. The house is a historic building and absolutely beautiful. Everything was gorgeous and comfortable and I stayed very warm despite there being a major storm and freeze happening outside. You can walk to the main street of town and to all of the restaurants and shops in about 3 minutes, you're literally right there. And then there's Paul, your host. I looked forward to every breakfast, he's a true culinary master of the mornings. When he saw us taking pictures out in the snow he rushed out to be the photographer so we could all be in the shots. My husband and I stayed at The Franklin Terrace over the weekend and we just loved it!! Paul was such a gem, a great cook too! We stayed in the cottage and we loved it. The main house was absolutely beautiful too. Breakfast was incredible. Walking distance to Main street too! Mountain Valley Inn used to be our go to, now it’s Franklin Terrace. We just loved it!

Up for a week to do some hiking on AT and visit friends at an RV park.. we got lucky booking our week at Franklin Terraces B&B..started each day with a hardy breakfast, conversations with other guests and of course valuable information from our host Paul! The high ceiling rooms, huge porches and a location just two blocks from town added to our luck! Thank you Paul for a fantastic week! 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️

This was the perfect weekend anniversary get-away for my wife and me. We were in town to experience the Winter Wonderland kick-off. Paul was a wonderful host! The food was phenomenal, and the conversation was fantastic. We appreciated his attentiveness to our needs and the homey feel of the house. Highly recommend and we will be back!

I had a great experience at this B&B! The location was great. You can walk to downtown Franklin. Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was really good too.
