Highlands Riverbend RV Resort and Cabins

First time staying at Riverbend RV Park and I was seriously impressed. It’s a smaller park, really quiet and well cared for. The owners are great people — super welcoming and helpful — and the other campers were just as friendly. The river and creek are beautiful, perfect for fishing or just relaxing by the water. Sites are roomy, easy to park in, plenty of outdoor space, and everything’s new, clean and organized. The new pavilion is a nice touch for hanging out or entertaining. The area itself is awesome — good food, local beer, great views, and plenty of dog-friendly spots. Not crowded like some other places we’ve been to. Definitely planning to come back next season.

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail is like no other. The owner Jodi, is very kind and accommodating. When I arrived she had all the Christmas lights lit inside… the tree is beautiful! She has made this cabin feel like a home away from home, it’s so relaxing I had a fire in the fire pit earlier and now, I have the hot tub heating up. Got to go 😉

Convenient location a short distance from Franklin. Easy access and big rig friendly. Small riverside CG managed by new owners Tim and Jodi. Nicer, friendlier and more helpful owners you'd be hard to find. Their guests camping pleasure is #1 goal. Weekly social and Special gatherings are enjoyed by campers all Season.. Critters welcome, with an enclosed dog park with toys, and lots of room to run. Take a look at all the photos posted. That's what you get. A wonderful combination of owners, staff, campers and peaceful setting. PLUS....pretty good fishing April thru June; not so much during hot months. Always great floating, yak or tube.....both available for rent.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The campground is right on the river and was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, which really made our stay special. There’s a wonderful clubhouse with lots of cool features that we enjoyed, and the owner even recommended some amazing local places to eat. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect setting for such a special trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at Riverbend cabins was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that cozy mountain charm we were hoping for. The owners really thought of everything — from extra blankets and board games to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and cooking essentials. The view from the porch was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. We loved relaxing in the rocking chairs with our morning coffee and winding down by the firepit at night. The hot tub was clean and private, perfect after a day of hiking. Even though it felt secluded and peaceful, the cabin was only about 10 minutes from town, so it was easy to grab groceries or explore local restaurants.
