The Blackberry Inn Bed & Breakfast

We stayed three nights here in October for a Watkins Glen/Ithaca trip centered around fall foliage and hiking the local parks and waterfalls. It was beautiful.David and Brian are incredibly friendly and create a lovely vibe. They take pride in both their B&B! Cozy house and rooms, great location for a visit to the area! Eat in for breakfast at the designated time downstairs or enjoy what they have to offer at their BlackBerry Inn Kitchen on Franklin Ave! Easy walk just a couple blocks away and the bagels do NOT disappoint!! True NY style and delicious! This is a very popular place in the morning- its reputation speaks for itself!!

We were only in town for one night but are already wanting to take another trip soon just to stay a while longer! The Blackberry Inn is located within walking distance of so many cute restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions, which was very convenient for us. The checkin process was very easy and flexible. The entire inn was impeccably clean and welcoming. Our bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to get up, but breakfast made getting up well worth it. The food tasted so fresh and delicious, and Brian was so great to talk to, you could tell he took great pride in the inn which made staying there so much more special. I will be raving about the Blackberry Inn until I get to visit again!

Room was clean with nice linens. We enjoyed having a small set of drawers. Very modern Mitsubishi wall mount heating/ cooling unit which we used due to cold snap. Modern bathroom. We had some challenges keeping the sliding bathroom door closed but it’s a 200 year old home so we just worked with it- part of the charm.|Neighborhood is quiet. Short walk to town, restaurant, lake. We enjoyed the historic architecture and Halloween decorations. Self check in was very easy. Breakfast at nearby Blackberry Kitchen was included and so delicious. We were very happy with our cozy stay.

Very nice exterior and room. The bathroom and shower were great. Nice personal split AC and Heat unit worked well. Bed was perfect, slept well. Quiet area right in town and simple parking. Breakfast cafe food was superb. Ideal location. Corning glass museum a short drive and the lake was a short walk.

Great B&B in walking distance to so much of Watkins Glen, including the park, restaurants and stores. Each room has their own AC split, along with a mini fridge. Easy remote checkin, and great instructions and suggestions for things to do and restaurants. Sidenote... Check out Thai Elephants. Texted about availability of ice. Quickly received an ice bucket and on subsequent nights. Breakfast was in town at their bakery. Great coffee and bagel sandwiches
