The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Very well run hotel. Nice rooms, well appointed breakfast, (with a pancake machine!). Dogs are welcome. Great staff. Michelle is always very helpful, and now she's be come a good friend. Mint restaurant, on site, serves the best Indian food, delicious. We ate there three nights in a row! The Black Swan is close to the ski mountains and we return every season.

All together a very good experience. Really nice room. Good air conditioning / Heating made everything comfortable. We opted for a Lakeview room which we recommend as it comes with a small balcony overlooking the water. The room maid service was excellent - we went out of our way to tip ours. The only downside was with the free Continental breakfast, but we were pretty late so bear that in mind. Bagels were very dry, the fascinating pancake machine needed a new bag so we didn't get a chance to watch that in action. The Bagel toaster was spot on. Coffee had gone cold in the dispenser. All in all, Staff was very friendly, everything was as clean as it could be and our stay was extremely quiet even though the inn was packed and a highway overlooks the inn itself - the structure must be high

This is a most wonderful place in the Berkshires. It is in a lake so lovely views and lake access. An amazing add on is the Indian restaurant inside the building. We were there and it started to snow. Walked down the hall to the restaurant. Seated by the window for such a romantic dinner. Ps. Good is superb if you like Indian as we do.

Great location with beautiful views on lakeside: Great to have a balcony! Delighted to have electric vehicle charger! Nescafé machine an unusual plus. So refreshing to have a great Indian restaurant on premises. Staff working were attentive, respectful, welcoming, and effective. I thought the QR code to tip cleaning staff was unique and convenient. Great place and would stay here again!

Lovely location on the lakeside. We had a lake view room on the ground floor with an outside deck. Rooms comfy and well equipped. Breakfast basic but ok. Dining area looks over the lake. There are outdoor chairs where you can sit and relax next to the lake.|On-site parking and a short drive into Lee and Lennox.|We hired a tandem canoe for an hour which was excellent and tranquil.|Staff very helpful.
