The Bernic Hotel New York City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Bernic boasts an excellent location with numerous dining options nearby. It is within walking distance to the Times Square area, Grand Central Station, and subway stations (both local and express). Our room was notably spacious compared to other New York hotels of similar style and era. The linens were exceptional, the shower was delightful, and the heated floor in the bathroom was a welcome feature. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff is fantastic! Lewis and Shay helped us so much, It was only 5 minutes from Penn Station which was so convenient. Our room was immaculent and our housekeeper was so kind. The price was comparable to most we have stayed in. It is a small boutique hotel and we felt welcome as they remembered us each time we came in. We had a lovely balcony that will be so nice to go to in the spring. (there aren't any chairs out there, though.) I sure did like having a robe and slippers!! Also, the bathroom floors are heated, which was so comforting after showering. There is a small bar dowstairs and a roof top bar that we will go to in the spring. I'm looking forward on going when we return. I did ask about Brittany because everyone on here mentioned her on here. She got promoted! Looking forwa

We stayed at The Bernic Hotel for two nights this month, so the price was definitely on the higher side, but that’s to be expected in NYC during the holidays. The hotel itself is a cute, small boutique property under the Hilton umbrella, which we really liked. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city and close to so many attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re cozy and thoughtfully designed, making good use of the space. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a big plus after long days of walking. We did have an issue with the bathroom, specifically the shower not getting hot water. Maintenance was called and they were able to fix it, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience. Positive: I loved the location and the size of the room. Bed was very comfortable and Staff was great!!! Negative: The only thing is - I saw a used q tip is a spot that would definitely be easy to miss. Also - would have been nice to have a small toiletry kit that included a shower cap.

The Hotel was a short walk from Grand Central. My husband had recently had surgery and was able to walk the distance without difficulty. |Being Hilton Honors Members we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom floor was heated which was wonderful!!! Nespresso machine in the room. My only request would be to have a full length mirror in the room.
