The Bayard Hotel

Stayed at The Bayard Hotel for a work trip and honestly loved it. The location is super convenient, so easy to get around the city. The rooms are huge (especially for NYC), really comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Plenty of space to work, relax, and actually unpack, which makes a big difference on a business trip. Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The whole stay felt easy smooth check-in, friendly staff, solid Wi-Fi. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to NYC for work. Best Bonus - Free Breakfast!!!

We were BLOWN AWY by the customer service at this beautiful hotel. From the first interaction to the last, every member of the team was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. 4)2 beds were super comfy and the gift/snack basket was perfect! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! The Bayard was perfectly located in Midtown - walkable to 30 Rock, Times Square, Empire State, UN Building, Grand Central, and so much more. The staff was very kind and attentive. They got us extra K-cups, a corkscrew, fresh towels, and anything else we wanted. The space was perfect to have a couple visiting family members over. You get a working kitchen, living room suite and bedroom. You'll also get the quirks of staying in a 9 floor small building in the heart of the city. You'll be crowded in the breakfast room waiting for you turn for waffles. Occasionally the elevator will go down for a bit. And you can't control the temp of your unit. But that's New York for you. If you wanted unlimited space and control, you would have gone to the Dakotas, right? All in all, a charming c

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people 2 slept on the pull out couch. The location is great. So close to Grand Central. The staff was very polite and friendly with every interaction we had. The rooms were clean and noise level was low. Complimentary breakfast, and snacks & toiletries in the room. Couldn’t hear traffic or sound from other rooms. Can’t beat the price. It’s a great value for what you’re getting in the city! Our only complaint would be that we were not able to control the room temperature. There were no thermostats in the rooms. The bedrooms were very hot at night. We opened the windows a bit but some AC would have been nice. But will we be back? Yes!
