This bar has a charming atmosphere and a lot of potential, but our visit was overshadowed by poor service. The woman serving the bar area appeared visibly unhappy and made the ordering process unnecessarily uncomfortable, responding “I can’t hear you” instead of simply moving closer to take my order. We later saw her speaking with the bartender and snickering in a way that felt unprofessional. Despite the bar not being busy, it took over 30 minutes to receive two drinks. Great space, but the service experience was disappointing.
Loved the free drink coupons at check in! Great convos with the bar tenders & had fun watching them create drinks from scratch upon request. Perfect touch to an already perfect hotel!
Fantastic bar with the best views of Lone Mountain! Staff are incredibly friendly and provide helpful information to navigate the town. Also, the Wilson Hotel is easily one of the best places to stay at in Big Sky. All the best shops and restaurants are right outside.
Really great bar with nolagable, friendly staff!
