I had a fantastic stay here for a ski trip! The exterior of the hotel makes it seem a little bit like an Autograph Collection property. Great food onsite and nearby in what seems to be a pretty newly developed area of town. The free shuttle to the ski area was super easy and convenient using the app. All the staff I interacted with were great. Also I can't stop thinking about the amazing filtered water stations on each floor...it tasted amazing haha! They give you a cute welcome pack with a nice refillable water bottle, hand warmers, chapstick, and microfiber cloth at check in. Heads up - the $20 daily destination fee can be used toward food and drink in the lobby bar or Block 8.

The staff are truly amazing friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Mahya at the front desk goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to interact with. Charly, the housekeeper, made my stay especially comfortable by keeping my room spotless and welcoming. Coming back after a long day at work to the cleanest room and the warmest smiles made all the difference. Also, love the 24 hours gym.

We loved our week long stay at this property for our snowboarding trip to Big Sky. The hotel is only 10 min drive from Big Sky Resort and the locker room made gear storage super easy. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. We all slept great in these beds. The showers got nice and hot for a relaxing shower at the end of the day. The kitchenette was perfect for making lunches and snacks. The free breakfast made getting ready in the morning super easy and there were plenty of food options to choose from. All the staff at this property were wonderful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Having a hot tub to soak tired muscles at the end of the day was amazing, but just know that you need a reservation during COVID times. We were able to easily reserve a hot tub spot for the times we

This hotel is an absolute gem. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Between the lobby bar, Block 3 restaurant and bar and the breakfast there is little need to eat outside if the hotel although there are a load of dining options within a very short stroll. Every member of staff we encountered was extremely professional and made us feel very welcome. The pool and hot tub are a massive bonus after a day on the mountain. There was a minor issue with the hot tub which was ironed out very quickly. An absolute 5 ⭐️ experience and would defo stay again

The Wilson Hotel (Residence Inn Big Sky), redeeming 160K Marriott points apparently buys you a downgrade, a heavy dose of disrespect, and a management team that ghosts you. Unlike the Steamboat Springs location, where my Platinum status was honored with a two-bedroom suite on a redemption stay, the untrained staff here couldn't even be bothered to greet me as a member. I actually had to ask for the resort’s standard refillable water bottles at check-in, which the agent seemed genuinely pained to hand over—perhaps because I dared to use points instead of cash? I understand the hotel was fully booked, so I wasn't expecting an upgrade, but could I at least get the standard room I actually booked? Instead, what a treat to be shoved into an ADA room without any notice. The tub-less shower flood
