This review is for a three-night stay at The Artisan Hotel back in the end of January, and it was truly fantastic from beginning to end. One of the things that meant the most to us was how thoughtful and accommodating the team was with my service animal. Traveling with a service dog can sometimes feel a little stressful, but they made it completely easy and comfortable. At check-in, they even gave us a little goodie bag for my dog — such a simple gesture, but it honestly meant so much. It showed real care and attention, not just going through the motions. Rick and Jill on the overnight front desk team were amazing. Every time we came through the lobby, they greeted us like we were regulars. They were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to help with anything we needed. Late night

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after

I wanted to like this place so much. Online, this place is spectacular. In my 20s when I slept well I think this place would be spectacular. Place is awesome during the day, however at night may be a different story. I'm sure the place is great with quiet neighbors but unfortunately that was not the story with us. I will start with the room is beautiful, very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Place was very clean. But now some cons, the floor was loud til about 2 a.m. Doors are heavy to the rooms so you can hear them "slam" each time someone leaves and it sounds like its right outside the door. My neighbor although they were just talking and laughing (maybe a bit louder than usual but not terrible), I could hear their entire conversation til 2 a.m. You can hear people walking do

We had a lovely first-time stay at this terrific hotel over Valentine's weekend. Thank you to Mary Lou at the front desk for taking the time to find us a quiet room with sunset view! When we needed a couple of items in the room, and the service was expedient and very polite. We loved our delicious nightcaps at the bar. The bathroom is spacious with nice amenities. The room is spacious and clean. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I showed up late a week or so ago after having spent multiple days with my father who was in hospice. We had dirty laundry and needed a place to clean it. We checked in and asked Janelle and Eve if there was laundry room. They said unfortunately no. We then told them our story. This was at 10pm. They both looked at us and said, we will do the laundry for you with our hotel machine. My wife and I couldn't believe it-talk about angels helping us in the midst of our sadness. Just extraordinary. The next morning, our clothes were outside our room. I rarely write reviews but I had to because the kindness and grace that Janelle and Eve showed will never be forgotten. What an amazing hotel and what amazing people-my wife and I will never forget them.
