Customer Reviews
The rooms are clean. I booked a cheaper option on Google and got one room without a microwave and fridge. I got really upset about that, but I think it was my fault. I went to the lady on the front desk. She said that I could use the microwave at the reception of the hotel, which wouldn't be much more convenient, plus I still wouldn't have a fridge. I asked her how much it would be to upgrade my room, she said it would be just $15 more for the three nights that I booked, so that was really good. The second room was smelling funny, like feet. I let the door open for a few minutes with the AC on, and I think either that bad odor is gone or I got used to it. The AC is in bad shape, but it works also there's a coffee machine besides the microwave and fridge (which are also clean). So, for the
Positive: The only thing to like was that it was relatively easy to get to. Relatively. Negative: The woman who checked me in was really unpleasant. The floors in my room were audibly sticky to walk on. There was a strong odor of cat urine or something similar. I stayed about 4 hours before the smell in my room forced me to get back on the road.
The frount office people here were very nice to i am a disabled vet with fuel exposure! They very profession.i think it was Zack / jake he was super nice. i was given dirrections to Best Buy and Bj whole sale club! The ladies who clean room as are also nice! i live 19 hours away so beds were comfortable and room was clean. As a military vet it was nice to have a clean comfortable room and bed!I can only say good things about this motel.Great people!
The room smelled bad so I sprayed air freshener and burned some scented candles. They charged an extra $250 saying I smoked in the room. I don’t smoke. There were ants everywhere, coming up thru the shower drain. I tried to tape the drain shut, but I woke up at night with ants crawling on me. I left right then at 2am. Wouldn’t stay there if I was you. It is a very hard place to get to, even with GPS. They’ll find a reason to charge that extra $250 and they don’t tell you, since they already have your card info they just bill it. Then tell you to take it up with corporate. After checking in I met other tenants who seemed to be longterm residents or the hotel may also offer longterm low cost rooms, because I noticed first name basis between some residents and staff.
The hotel is affordable, but it’s very run-down. The room had a strong smell, and the carpets were dirty — I think that’s where the odor came from. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. If you’re looking for something cheap, this place might work, but don’t expect comfort or quality.
