The Americana Inn

Highly recommend Americana Inn! The rooms are modern, the bathrooms are clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is fantastic, being a ten minute walk to Times Square, the theatres, Bryant Park, Penn Station and Grand Central. It’s a busy area and felt safe. The prices are also competitive compared to others in the area.

Coming back to New York after more than a decade is quite surreal and really exciting indeed. It was my dream come true to visit New York 10 years ago and times have gone by and here I am embarking on another trip to the Big City!!! I was visiting my friend in Montreal last Thanksgiving and decided to hop on to NY going back to my home base of SG. It was indeed the best decision I had in all of my trips!!! I decided to drop by for 3 days and 2 nights I had the most wonderful and memorable short trip in the US. Since I was alone, I decided to have Times Square as my base since its walkable, close to everything including Empire state bldg and NY library which I both intend to visit. The hotel is very close to the subway, only two blocks away. The shared bathroom wasn’t bad at all since each wing (about two rooms) shares one bathroom. The location is great, close to Times Square and Bryant Park, and right in the center of everything. The room is a little small and noisy at night, which is normal for hotels in this area. It’s much cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. The staff and housekeeping were very nice and friendly.

I recently stayed at the Americana Inn in and it was truly the perfect choice! The location is absolutely unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance, and it made getting around NYC so easy and convenient. Whether it was shopping, sightseeing, or grabbing a bite to eat, we were right in the middle of all the action! The hotel was also very kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. There were plenty of family-friendly activities nearby, and the staff made us feel comfortable bringing children along. One of the best parts of my stay was the incredible view for the Thanksgiving Parade. Being able to watch it from the hotel was magical and made the entire experience unforgettable.
